Counseling

I provide individualized, telehealth-based psychotherapy for adults and teens. My approach is collaborative, practical, and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, ACT, solution-focused work, and EMDR-informed strategies. Sessions emphasize skills, insight, and sustainable change you can use between appointments.
