Therapy Sessions: I currently have two virtual openings for bi-weekly therapy sessions:
If one of these times works for you, you're welcome to book it as either a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit, or a full 45-minute first session. The time will be reserved for you regardless—you can let us know your preference during the confirmation process, or simply share it at the beginning of the scheduled meeting if you prefer. You can reserve your spot by clicking HERE. To begin scheduling, select New Client Appointment. When prompted to choose an office, please select Main Office, then choose the Telehealth option along with your preferred date and time. If you have any difficulty scheduling, feel free to contact me, Hanna Del Toro, LCSW, or my assistant, Heather, using the information provided below. If the above times do not work for you, you are welcome to join the WAITLIST HERE. Assessments For assessment availability, please complete the assessment request HERE this is the fastest and most efficient way to get started. Alternatively, you can email me directly at [email protected]. Please mention that you're reaching out to schedule an assessment, and I’ll typically be able to offer availability within 1–2 weeks. |

Texting is another way to check availability, though please note that text is not HIPAA-compliant and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. My number is 512-797-5871. If I’m unable to respond right away, feel free to follow up if you don’t hear back. Kindly avoid texting late at night.
