You can join the WAITLIST HERE (when there are openings I will fill them with first to join the waitlist). Please reach out to my administrative staff at [email protected] to check on availability or for updates. For Assessments please complete the form HERE (fastest and best method) or reach out to my assistant at the email listed below. I will contact you back to confirm my available times. |

Phone - Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to return all calls or emails I receive inquiring about new client appointments. For current clients, please leave a message and I will call back as soon as possible or message me through the client portal for the fastest response.
Text - I do receive texts, and this is a way to check on availability. However, it is important to note that text is not a HIPAA compliant method for contact. Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in the event someone should access your phone and check your text messages. Should you choose to text given this caveat my phone number is 512-797-5871. Also, please be aware that should I not be able to respond at the time you text, it is possible the text will get lost in the mix and it is ok to follow up to make sure the text was received. Please do not text late in the evening or in the middle of the night.
Email - I do receive emails at [email protected] or [email protected]. My email is HIPAA encrypted. However, just like text, I cannot guarantee confidentiality should someone access your email account, and it is possible it will get lost in the mix, should you not receive a response it is ok to check in again.
