Substance Use Assessments
These evaluations follow the ASI-Lite (Addiction Severity Index – Lite) framework and include completion and interpretation of the SASSI-4 (Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory).
Clients receive a clinical diagnosis (if applicable), treatment recommendations, and—when requested—a Statement of Safety to Practice suitable for employment, licensing, or professional monitoring programs.
