Terms of Service/Fees
Session Length
Sessions are typically 45–56 minutes long, depending on your insurance coverage and the agreement made between you and your therapist. Sessions begin on the hour and end between 45 to 56 minutes past the hour. If additional time is needed, extended or additional sessions can be arranged.
Cancellation PolicyTo avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $75 late cancellation fee.
When a regular session time is scheduled, I reserve that slot specifically for you. While I fully understand the need for occasional cancellations due to vacation, illness, or emergencies, I kindly ask that clients avoid scheduling other appointments or obligations during their regular session time in order to maintain consistency and therapeutic progress.
If cancellations become excessive, a $75 hold slot fee may be charged in addition to any applicable late cancellation fees.
Privacy & Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential, with exceptions outlined in the Confidentiality Agreement and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which will be reviewed during the initial session.
HIPAA Compliance
This practice complies with all HIPAA regulations to protect your personal health information.
Referral Policy
When a client’s needs fall outside the scope of this practice, appropriate referrals to trusted community professionals will be provided to ensure continuity of care.

- $130 for a 45-minute session
- $160 for a 56-minute session
- Initial intake sessions are billed at $160
- Sliding scale rates are available based on financial need and other factors
- Ranges from $275–$500/hour
- Includes a 2-hour interview/testing session, 1 hour of report writing, and time for any necessary consultation
- First 15 minutes: Free
- After 15 minutes: $1.00 per minute, beginning at $15
